Success in the work place requires ambition, diligence and sacrifice – frequently at the expense of our own needs. Burnout (feeling overwhelmed, resentment, apathy, isolation, exhaustion) can lead us to be less productive and take a toll on our health.
Starting from awareness and moving to techniques for self-care, I work with either individuals or groups to reignite feelings of passion, creativity and commitment to professional and personal goals. I also work with organizations to evaluate how organizational culture may be contributing to turnover and burnout and help them work with employees to increase feelings of satisfaction in the work place.
